Update blunder 2: Still broken after "fixed"

Id go to zero if I could : Newer version still reports used data wrong on 781S. Now just shows random value remaining. Web interface to aircard and AT&T get correct value. Sloppy testing = 1 star. Seriously: Does AT&T really use such terrible software testers??? Next option is to go to the Amazon product review and knock that review to 1 star.

Wont work with AT&T "MiFi".

Getting the message that the wifi hot spot is "incorrect"... Whatever thats supposed to mean. How the heck does it know. Used to work but doesnt now. In fact, the whole ATT MiFi unit is pretty much a joke. Worthless waste of money. Waste of time. Dont bother.

Upgrade is useless

This app was fine, now it has no clue of the current amount data used. It knows how much total data you have, but thats it. It is now showing twice as much data used compare to my iPhone app, desktop, and the online website. Please fix this.

Still Broken

After sending pictures and an email to the support team, I was hoping the latest update would fix the problems. Now its worse. Not only does it report incorrect usage (compared to the mifi device), I cant even scroll the settings screen to send another email!

Doesnt work

It will not accept the password to login. And yes it is the right password. Deleting app...would not recommend

Junk

The app reports wrong and the device is even worse. On my second device in a year and keep having to reset this one just like the other one did before it died completely.

I cant even log in using the password on the devise. So I havent even seen if the app shows correct info... Again I say... JUNK!!!

Incorrect data about data...

The app never seems to reflect the correct amount of data used on any given day during my billing cycles. This defeats the whole purpose of having the app as I downloaded to help monitor my usage in the first place. Can this be fixed?

Not tested and caused my Fuse to crash.

Doesnt work w VZW AC791L

The web login page my.jetpack linked me to this app. App description lists Verizon AC791L under compatible devices. It doesnt work, it says incorrect hotspot. Netgear FAIL.

AT&T UNITE PRO

Reliable and efficient. Love it. I only wish the battery would last longer.

Solid app

I found no issues with the app connected to a device with an AT&T SIM. Remaining data is displayed properly, all functions work well. The device itself has these functions so the app is not really necessary.

Not Compatible with AC791L

Will not connect with my AC791L even though its on the list. Maybe in a future update?

Does not work

I tried this with Unite express and iPhone 6s for setup, many errors on password and never leaves the home page. Waste of time, maybe they might want to update this app.

OMG, OMG, OMG: The app reports _accurate_ data usage!!

Thanks to whichever programmer cracked the code to deliver an accurate display of the data used by my account. After a stream of scathing diatribes aimed at Netgears programmers and their parentage, I have to savor the bliss of proper arithmetic in this release. So no snipes about my other peeves...this time.

Aircard Must Have

Best way to fiddle with the settings and get tech support on the device. No direct link to carriers for help.
