Habe mir eine AirCard 762S zugelegt, welche sich ganz gut über den Browser bedienen und konfigurieren lässt. Mit der App sollte es ja noch einfacher sein. Nach dem Start der App erkennt sie zwar die Aircard und zeigt z.Bsp. auch Akkustand, Netz usw. an. Aber nach Eingabe des Passwortes kommt eine Fehlermeldung, das diese AirCard nicht kompatibel ist. Bitte nachbessern !
Das (einwandfrei funktionierende) Netzwerk der AirCard 762 S wird zwar von der App erkannt, aber nach Eingabe des Passworts erhalte ich immer die Meldung, dass die AirCard nicht kompatibel sei. Das ist jedoch Unfug, denn immerhin wird die App in der Bedienungsanleitung der AirCard "beworben"... Somit ist die App (im jetzigen Stadium noch) völlig sinnlos und unbrauchbar...
Wozu braucht man die App, wenn man nicht alle Funktionen bedienen kann und dann eh das Webinterface nutzen muss.

Tolles Gerät , mit super App. Wir haben das Gerät jetzt 1 Jahr auf dem Boot im Einsatz, und sind begeistert. Grüße Ralph
Der Netgear AircardRouter tut nahezu klaglos seinen Dienst, die Software gibt die Rückinfo, bzw. die Steuerungsmöglichkeit - ein gutes Team.
Ich wünsche mir noch dass ich auch den Verbrauch d.h. die Megabytes pro angeschlossenem Gerät sehen kann. Ansonsten eine sehr nützliche und vor allem stabile App.
Ich bin mit der App sehr zufrieden. Was noch fehlt: eine Aufschlüsselung der einzelnen Geräte mit ihrem Verbrauch.

man kann nicht alles klicken weil das layout bricht. sms kann man nur anzeigen, kein löschen etc sehr entaeuscht von der app

Worked at first. Now 4 days later won’t sign in. Signs in and see the main menu but then touch anything and it goes back to sign in. Recycles itself on sign in every 20 seconds.
The app is bugged and feature less beyond normal usage. The login fails and it keeps crashing.
Easy to connect using the Netgear Mobile app. 🕵️♂️ Can’t change default USERID (admin). 🪫🔋 No way to check battery level, which is critical while traveling (corrected, I found the battery level). 🔐 App continually loses login credentials meaning you have to enter your password each time
This app is horrible! When I get sign in, the app crashes and goes back to the sign in page. And this has been going on for months!
Was hopeful that I could connect my M1 to this app but would not work. Figured out out to turn it from landscape to portrait in the settings as landscape appears to be default. Disappointing.
Can you update to keep it to where I can see the data usage on the app for more than 2 seconds?

This app works but not very well. It’s slow to respond and some links don’t seem to work until you close and restart the app. Very laggy also. Using it for my Nighthawk M6 Pro. For the cost of that hotspot, I’d expect software that works well.
Says my router is incorrect when I’m scanning it from my router.
I’m not sure what is the purpose of the app when you can’t even rename the connected devices to tell what they are. There are a few settled things that could be changed such as creating profiles to easily categorize connected devices, allow the “rename” feature so customers can rename devices. Otherwise the app is good, just missing a few features to make it better.
I've connected the phone to both router signals and the app 1) never finds the router and, 2) has nothing on the screen after that; there is no button or option. At the least there should be a "try again" or help option. This shows a very thoughtless app. Zero stars. I've been a software developer for many years and there is no excuse for such poor design.
For the price and needs of people using these routers, support for locking bands should be there. The options do exist but are hidden to the end-user. Another issue is that the advanced statistics page needs clean up. I think that adding some graphs and details about each column would be a good QoL change to people that need that information. Seriously, add band locking back. Very important feature for us rural users looking to get anything above 2 mbps.
I just opened the app. Idk if the app itself or the services are good or not.. can’t be wise to push that hard. Wait a bit. Prolly would have got a real review. ty for the app tho.
This app is clearly a decade old with minor bug fixes through out the years. When spending as much as I did on a hotspot, I expected the backend to be more user friendly.
The software thinks it’s a web site. Terrible scrolling. Very unresponsive. Features are hidden with little to no explanations. Trying to reproduce the software on the modem - terrible idea. Can’t update modem firmware from the app.
I have an M6 Wifi Puck and it works great the app not so much. It is clunky, fails to log in most the time and when it does decide to work saving changes to my settings or device configuration is impossible until it decides to work. When it does decide to work it provides good information and tools. Would be great if there were widgets implemented that show battery,data usage,signal strength etc. But as it stands thats probably to much to ask of this software. Worse part is there are device features you cant use or change unless through the app or the webUi. Which at that point just dont even use the app.
The app is never working properly. No matter if you have the right password, never allows you to connect.
Can’t dial special/USSD codes via the app from the SIM in the hotspot
Works on one phone but on another says the router is not compatible ( same exact hotspot modem) ..
I have a nighthawk R8500 I can’t get it to work on other devices nor can I update it
It be better if Netgear stop updating mr6 routers and add a log feature to aid in troubling shooting would also go a long way.
Simple to use and user friendly
This app is such garbage. The hotspot itself doesn’t work correctly so I tried to set up my backup WiFi in the app, but it just lands me on a screen that I can’t get out of. Only option is to close the app! But when I restart the app, it goes right back to the same screen! Utter garbage!
Not veryi am a voice over / screen reader user and its a pain navigating through this app there is actually no option to select back to a previous page , have to close the app and restart it then select the option i want to go. I am blind and my wife says there is a little tiny button in the top somewhere that brings you back to the previous page, sure ok she can see it but the voice over doesnt detect it. This app can use some improvements , thanks for reading i am happy tho with my router it seems to work ok wish i had more control over it with the app
This app is fast and simple, but for myself, trying to do some advanced setting and convert my previous nighthawk AX120 into a bridge/AP and make my newer AXE500 the new network hub. It’s difficult to even get to the online router login page to make these changes, but since that’s not supported very well, it eventually kicks you out of the router admin settings and sends you to netgears home page. It’s very frustrating trying to get this system setup and having to go back. And forth in the online portal that you can’t get back into instead of having this in the APP like previous generations and other products. I expected more from netgear, especially if I had know this , I may have tried to buy into another system/network .
When are you gonna update the app?
I can’t tell you whether this is a good app or not because it won’t even let me sign in to my Wi-Fi box. It enters in the admin username manually, and will not let you edit it a plane that says on the back of my box that the MiFi administrator password is something else, but it manually put in its own username and will not let you change it.
Please make it possible to update the firmware via the app. That would be very helpful. Thank you.

I can login to the router when plugged in with no issues. It doesn’t work well when logging in their the app.
Just downloaded the app. The username in the app is not the user name in my credentials inside the box. The APP won’t allow me to change the username and when I put in the password it states please enter valid password. 🙄
The shop is fine if you are on the local subnet but it is completely useless if you use it remotely over the Internet
It doesn’t work on my iPhone 11 with the latest iOS at all and my iPad using the latest only gives me number of devices, battery strength, and reception signal strength. Tap on the icons and it freezes with the only way out is discard the app then go to the App Store and download it again.
I’m using Netgear M1 Pocket router. Face App crashes and lags. Need updates are required for smooth running. Please

If you want all your router activities sent to netgear (2k queries an hour) and also an app that never works, nighthawk has it all.
Used to work perfectly and now all it does is crash and restart when I try to log in.
So blazing hog sends us this mode I’m to use with Netgear tells us to download the Netgear mobile app the Netgear mobile app says it no longer supports this modem. It’s still your modem!
Very pleased with app! It is very easy to use! Had it setup and running in just a few minutes.
Type is too small, need glasses to read the app, designed by young-eyed designers. It’s is possible on the MR1100 to block your own device. There needs to be a warning that the IP address you don’t recognize that you want to block is your own mobile phone using this app, then your locked out until you can manage in a computer and unblock yourself. Firmware updated? Hardware upgrades and new batteries?
Sorry after losing my service I try to restart my service with At & t couldn’t get into my admin password netgear wouldn’t reset it for me they wanted me to pay them $100.00 each box they so sorry I’m so glad I went to home internet do not hard reset your box this what happen to my boxes after my service was dropped just another way for netgear to screw you !!
Impressed by the functionality of this app, It is very user friendly and informative. I use it for my Netgear Nighthawk M1 MR1100. I do see that some else maybe has the same phone number because I see messages. Overall nice work!

Need app to see mobile nighthawk as AT&T Wi-Fi manager will not respond and can’t get assistance resetting passwords. This doesn’t work either. Everyone wants to sell mobile hotspots but no one supports them.
